Our story.
Dajin started in poultry, worked by hand, began earning revenue in two verticals, and is building the platform today.
Who this page is for: For investors: the story in order, with sources. For partners: why we work the way we do.
We started on the ground.
Dajin began in Cairo, in poultry, with one question: how can the livestock chain work better for the people in it?
- 1
We started by hand in 2021.
- 2
We began earning revenue in two verticals.
Vet supply, and B2B supply of slaughtered chicken. Some buyers came back to order again.
- 3
Today.
PlannedWe're combining what we learned, changing our business model and building the technology for these two verticals.
Platform - 4
Next.
PlannedSmall proofs of concept across the rest of the chain.
- 5
The vision.
PlannedStep by step, we digitize the whole chain, so the people in it can make their lives better.
We're democratizing the latest tech, trends and business models, for everyone.
Contract farming: the idea behind our model

Planned
We learned from models that worked elsewhere
In Brazil, companies coordinate the whole chain: they give the grower chicks, feed, vet supplies and technical follow-up; the grower provides the house and the work, and is paid on performance. Similar models run in Thailand and the US. We're inspired by the idea, not copying it, and we don't claim the same results.
Why it fits Egypt: we have a large poultry production base and many small farms that need a clear market and inputs on time. The difference is that our farms are smaller and more scattered, so we start small and learn from each cycle.

Dajin started at one table: a founding team with livestock, banking and technology expertise. One question: how do we make Egypt's livestock chain work better for the people in it?
The team changed as the story grew. Everyone who walked part of the road left something in what we build.
Programmes, competitions and Shark Tank Egypt opened doors. People in feed, trading, farms, slaughter and vet supply gave us their time and their truth. The spirit I heard everywhere was simple: just make the tech, we are here.
Wealth Grid gave us a second path: led by the human, built by technology. We turned years of learning into dajin.ai and a knowledge hub. Next comes an MCP, a standard way to let AI assistants read a trusted knowledge base and use tools, with your permission.Planned (concept)
Here we are. To everyone who believed, taught, tested or simply picked up the phone: thank you. We will live up to your standard.
