Who we are

dajin.ai is the information website of Dajin Platform for E-Commerce and Digital Innovation (“DAJIN”). For any privacy question or request, write to [email protected].

What the site does not collect

• There are no forms and no accounts. You can't sign up or sign in.
• We set no cookies and use no analytics, advertising or tracking pixels.
• There are no third-party trackers, embedded videos or social widgets.
• Fonts are served from dajin.ai itself, so your browser makes no requests to font services.
• The calculator and the search run in your browser. Nothing you type in them is sent to us.

When you email us

Contact links open your own email app with a message to [email protected]. We receive only what you choose to send: your email address, your name if you include it, and your message. We use it only to reply to you and to handle your request. The subject line carries a short tag naming the page you wrote from; it contains no personal data.

Hosting and server logs

The site is hosted on Cloudflare (Cloudflare Pages). To deliver pages and protect the site from attacks, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request, and may keep it in short-lived logs under its own privacy policy (cloudflare.com/privacypolicy). Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie to block abuse. We don't use this data to identify visitors or build profiles.

Analytics

There is no analytics on the site. If we add privacy-friendly analytics later, we will update this page first and say what it measures.

The law we follow

We handle personal data in line with Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020 and its executive regulations. We process the details in your email because you chose to write to us and asked for a reply.

Sharing

We don't sell or rent personal data. We share it only with the service providers we need to run email and hosting, or when the law requires it. DAJIN is not a lender and never holds your money, and we don't pass your message to any finance provider without your explicit consent.

How long we keep it

We keep emails only as long as we need them to handle your request and keep normal business records, then delete them. Cloudflare keeps its server logs for a limited period. Our hosting and email providers may process data on servers outside Egypt; we use providers that apply appropriate safeguards.

Your rights

Under Law No. 151 of 2020 you can ask us, at [email protected], to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy;
• correct it if it is wrong;
• delete it;
• stop using it, or withdraw your consent.

Complaints

If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can complain to Egypt's Personal Data Protection Center.

Children

The site is meant for businesses and is not aimed at children.
